I'm Athiley Coura, a Brazilian adventurer who has called Barcelona home since 2020.
My journey has been quite the rollercoaster. After earning my degree in Architecture back in Brazil, I took a sharp turn into the world of Information Technology. I started as a developer, but the IT universe had bigger plans for me, leading me to become a Product Owner.
Amidst this professional whirlwind, one passion has remained constant: writing. Here, I share insights from my unique career path and the challenges I've faced along the way. I hope you'll discover some valuable nuggets of wisdom here.
Barcelona has played a significant role in my transformation. Surrounded by the awe-inspiring architectural works of Gaudí, I've found that I don't miss my architectural roots as much as I thought I would. The city's rich artistic and cultural heritage has fueled my creative spirit in new and unexpected ways.
But that's not all Barcelona has gifted me. It's here that I've become fluent in not one, but two additional languages, alongside my native Portuguese. English and Spanish have opened doors to incredible opportunities and allowed me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
